Extension Policy
Detects unauthorized login forms silently and reports to the platform — no alert shown to the user.
Define the whitelist domains pushed to all enrolled extensions. One domain per line.
Deployment Guide
Deploy the extension to your organization via GPO or MDM in two steps:
- Machine policy (HKLM) — enrollment key & tenant, same for all users
- User identity (HKCU) — auto-detects employee email via logon script
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 ; ── Machine policy (GPO Computer Configuration) ── ; Applies to ALL users on this machine [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google\Chrome\3rdparty\extensions\gidoabgndccgpohkanfcaeopadpcoaen\policy] "enrollmentKey"="ek_61e980ae1ad5aa4e503b321ab9018854" "tenantSlug"="demo"
Deployment Steps
- Save the .reg file above and import via GPO (Computer Configuration > Preferences > Registry)
- This sets the enrollment key and tenant for all users on the machine
- Force-install the extension via
ExtensionInstallForcelist - Add the Logon Script to identify each user by email (see tab above)
How it works: Chrome reads policies from both HKLM (machine) and HKCU (user) and merges them. The enrollment key in HKLM applies to everyone, while the username in HKCU identifies each employee individually for audit and reporting.
